Most AI advice comes from people who have never had to lead an organization through change.

I have. Now I help executive teams adopt AI with the proficiency, governance, and judgment the moment requires.

The challenge

The Hard Part of AI Is Not the Technology.

The proficiency gap

Your leadership team has tried ChatGPT. A few people on the team are genuinely good at it. But individual curiosity has not become organizational capability; the people who need to lead this are not the ones experimenting on weekends.

The governance gap

Right now, every employee using AI is making decisions about your data, your IP, and your reputation. Without a framework, you are not actually choosing your risk posture. You have just defaulted to it.

The strategy gap

The demos are impressive. The hype is exhausting. What is missing is a concrete plan that connects AI to the work your business actually does.

These are the gaps every Nalio engagement closes.

What we do

Three Ways To Work Together.

Nalio helps organizations move from AI curiosity to AI capability. Each engagement is built around your business, your people, and your existing workflows.

Why Nalio

A Different Kind of AI Advisor.

We are not here to sell you technology. We are here to build your organization's ability to lead with it.

Practitioner, not pundit

I have been the CEO of an organization navigating major technology and policy transitions. I know what it feels like to make these decisions with imperfect information and a board to answer to. Most AI consultants do not.

Governance is the foundation, not the afterthought

I am a lawyer called to the Ontario and Quebec bars (no longer practicing) and an advisor to the Copyright Clearance Center on AI and copyright policy. Your AI strategy should not be designed by people who do not understand IP, data rights, or evolving regulation.

Built around your people, not pitched at your C-suite

AI adoption fails when it stays in the executive offsite. The work has to reach the people doing the work. The only way to do that is to train across every level of the organization. That is how the AI Gym is designed.

Honest about what AI is and is not

Vendors will tell you AI changes everything. Skeptics will tell you it changes nothing. The truth lives in between. My job is to help you find your specific version of the truth, not to sell you mine.

Roanie Levy, founder of Nalio Inc.

About

Meet Roanie Levy.

I spent ten years as CEO of Access Copyright, leading a national organization through the most disruptive period in the history of copyright: the rise of digital, the unbundling of content, and the early commercialization of AI. Before that, I was a lawyer called to the Ontario and Quebec bars, with a focus on intellectual property and licensing.

I have been on the board side of strategic transformation, the operational side of building organizational capability, and the policy side of negotiating how technology and rights coexist. Nalio is where those three perspectives come together.

Today, I advise the Copyright Clearance Center (one of the world's largest content licensing organizations) on AI policy and strategy. I am an active YPO member. And I work with mid-market executive teams who want to adopt AI seriously, responsibly, and at the right pace for their organizations.

If you have made it this far on the page, you are probably the kind of leader I work well with. Someone who takes both the opportunity and the obligation seriously.
